A BETTER YOU

Hey lovely readers,

Welcome back to my blog. I hope the week has started on a good note.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a post about all the good things I am looking forward to in the last quarter of the year (read it here, in case you missed it), this post stemmed from my desire to be a better version of myself. Being better at things that matter is something that motivate me and make life worth living. I am mean whats the point of going through life hustles if at the end of the day we will still be in same situ we are in at the moment.

Below are the few things that am working on, in an effort to be a better version of myself.

1. Stop procrastination:

If there were ever a procrastination club, I would have been the vice chairperson (No judgement but I know a certain someone who is qualified to be the chairperson of the procrastinators club). As a procrastinator, there is a force that convinces me to be in energy saving mode at all times and the worst part is, I don’t even do fun stuff when I am procrastinating. So I am currently on a mission to stop procrastination but damn it, the struggle is beyond real.

2. More sparkle

Have you ever met a sparkly person whose energy just makes you feel good…I think thats the best attribute for one to have. I can sometimes be so broody that it makes it difficult for me to appreciate life and the people in my life. I want to be sparkly, bubbly and happier me — because life is indeed short for one to be broody at all times.

3. Be healthier:

The healthy lifestyle route is something I stumble and fall on more times than anything that I have ever have to do. I want to be healthy all year long but the struggle with good food though. My eating and exercise habits need a complete change if I am to enjoy a more energetic,vibrant and all around healthy life.

These are the few things I looking forward to changing with an effort to being a better me. I would like to know what you are doing to be the best version of Β yourself.

Once again, thank you so much for stopping by and I wish you the very best that life has to offer.

Xo-Xo;

Aika!
