MY INTERNET ADDICTIONS Vol II

October 9, 2017
FacebookEmail

Hey Lovely readers,

Welcome back to my blog. I hope the week is treating you well.

My internet addiction continues and truth be told, I am always more inspired and motivated by things that I read or see on the internet than the physical things I see or read, is that a personal weakness or just the normal way of living these days?

On my previous post for Internet addictions (here), I promised to post a weekly post detailing all the inspiring activities I come across online, boy that was overly ambitious, given that this is the second month into not honoring that promise. Please accept my sincere apologies on the subject matter. In turn, let me challenge myself to improving that to a monthly internet addiction post atleast.

On that note, allow me to share with you all inspiring things I have come across on the Internet for the past two months;

SOCIAL MEDIA:

I envy the work ethic and creativity displayed in the social media feed of Victoria (Her social media handle is @inthefrow). My humble assessment of her social media pages is that she is a creative genius, a workaholic and the kind of person I wouldn’t mind having as a personal friend. Β Her primary job is being a YouTuber and a blogger, which is why she works very hard and invests creatively on her social media feed. I bet we Β will all be geniuses and source of inspiration in the communities around us if we portray the same kind of creativity and work ethic to our day to day activities. Have a peek at her social media page and her YouTube channel for a serious dose of inspiration.

TRAVEL:

My previous post talked about my desire to visit Positano, which is part of the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Let me proudly say that, I have ticked that item in my bucket list and boy was that an experience. I highly recommend anyone to try it should you be in the market to travel somewhere far and exotic. I honestly have had the best travel experience after visiting this city and it has inspired me to think about visiting overlooked regions in my country. I think a visit to Amboni, Tanga is in plans right now.

SHOPPING:

I am currently uninspired to do any online shopping due to the crazy tax system in my country. Should you have any good sites where I can shop from, please feel free to share them in the comments section below.

YOUTUBE VIDEO:

I watch a lot of YouTube videos and its safe to say, this YouTube video of Admiral H. McRaven in his commencement address at the University of Texas Austin is by far the most inspiring, truthful and emotional video I have listened to this year. I think everyone should watch this video at least once every Quarter for some needed healthy dose of inspiration.

ARTICLE:

Unfortunately the only articles I have been reading are the ones related to my job and I won’t bore you with those.

On that note, allow me to conclude today’s post by thanking you for stopping by and wishing you the best week.

Xo-Xo;

Aika
